We started with a simple question: “Why should only big cities enjoy app-based delivery?” Shops & Me is our answer – a hyperlocal platform that keeps ownership with local businesses, while giving customers the convenience they expect from modern apps.
We’re a rural-tech company focused on tier-3 towns. Everything we design is tested in Bellampalli first: small roads, familiar landmarks, real people and real challenges.
Shops & Me doesn’t just deliver food—we create livelihoods. More than 100 people have earned a living through our platform as delivery partners, tiffin sellers, snack businesses, home cooks and store owners.
All food items listed on the app are cooked, prepared and packed by independent restaurants, tiffin centres, bakeries and other F&B vendors. They are responsible for recipe, taste, hygiene and packaging quality.
Our role is to provide the ordering platform, show information as shared by vendors, coordinate delivery and support customers & partners if any issue arises with an order.
